We have 3 cas servers that keep on reporting errors with test-outlook connectivity command from time to time, and what I find out is that, when I get the error message from scom 2012, I try to Rpcping the cas array that is on a citrix hardware load balancer and it takes 5-10 mins to respond, but the other cas servers without an error messages gives a response immediately. And the same server giving errors can Rpcping the cas servers directly without a problem but not the cas array. So where do I start tracing this problem. Could it be that I am having problems with the Citrix Hardware Balancer ? Exchange 2010 sp2.
Today I get errors from CAS01, tomorrow from CAS02 and so on :(
