Environment: Exchange 2010 SP1, Outlook 2010 SP1<o:p></o:p>
I have a user that has been set up with an Archive Mailbox. The user recently used the "Resend this message" on an email in his Archive Sent Items. The resulting sent item went into
his "live" mailbox Sent Items, but had
an "Archive On.." date that matched the original sent item, and was moved into the Archive Sent Items as soon as the archive process happened.<o:p></o:p>
It seems this is the default behavior as I've tested it on another mailbox. My question is, why does the new sent item inherit the same archive date as the original sent item, and is there a way to change this so the new sent item gets an archive date according to the Policy settings on the Sent Items?<o:p></o:p>
