External mail recieving stops after moved users to different OU

Hi,

I'm using Exchange 2010, i want to create OU and seprate address list for my branch users. currently all users are in "USERS" ou by default.

I create one OU for Branch users seprate from the USERS OU and move users to new "Branch" OU, they can send recieve internal mails but outside domain (external) mails does not recieving.

I'm using Google POP3 catch all and download via ExchangePOP3 software. ExchangePOP3 software download all mails from Google and forwards to Exchange 2010.
