Propose New Time doesn't show Room availability

Currently in a mixed Exchange 2010/2003 environment using Outlook 2010 clients.  Exchange 2010 is SP2 RU3.

All conference rooms and all relevant users have been moved to Exchange 2010.

When someone receives a meeting request and selects Propose New Time, they see the availability of all the attendees, but it does not show any rooms.  It seems to strip off the rooms that were on the original meeting and only shows attendees availability.

This makes it difficult to propose relevant new times as you cannot see availability for the rooms.
