Outlook opens "general" tap to confirm servername and username

Hi,

Everytime my users opens Outlook, the below popup apprears.

Exchange version: 2010 SP1 R7-v2

Outlook: 2010

We startet to see this after OA got enabled, we have since disabled OA Again, but it did not fix the issue
