Environment - Exchange 2003 + Outlook 2010 published via Citrix
We recently did the cleanup of shared mailboxes which were no longer needed. However post our activity we found that many users are reporting that their Outlook 2010 is hanging for a long time during startup and it continues while working on outlook. Upon investigation we found that their Outlook 2010 profile was having 1 or 2 shared mailboxes listed which were deleted from organization. As soon these shared mailboxes were removed from profile the Outlook started working fine.
Does anyone have any resolution/pointer for this problem, I have already checked the 'download shared folder' option which isn't selected.
