edit Assistant field from ECP

Hi All,

I know there's no field Assistant in ECP, is it possible to add to it ? If not, is there any way so user can edit fields that doesn't exist in ECP ?

Galmod not supported for Exchange 2010, any third party recommendations for modifying field from user side ?
