We have Exch 2010 SP1 running in a multi-tenant environment and have numerous resource mailboxes. We have various users set with "Reviewer" permissions with "Delete items" set toNone but all of these users set this way are still able to edit or delete the meetings and should not be able to do so.
According to documentation, Reviewer can read "Full Details" but cannot change any items in the calendar. This level of permission lets someone open the calendar but not modify anything.
However we are experiencing that these users are able to delete any meeting or appointment in the resouce calendar.
The Resource General Tab is set to; "Enable the Resource Booking Attendant. The Resource Booking Attendant enables the resource mailbox to process requests and cancellations automatically."
How can we correct this issue? What am I missing?
