we have clients with different OS , outlook versions in EX 2010 SP1 that see a lot of synchronization log in sync issues folder and in some cases take a large volume of user quota.
AFAIK sync logs are server side and because of cached mode we have a copy of server side logs in user box so we should use RPT or deleting log manually .
but I wanna know is there a permanent solution which prevent the creation or viewing of these reports in user side without using RPT?
if answer is YES , please tell me what will be happen if we disable sync log from EX sever !
