Firewall rules missing, how to recreate them

For some reason the firewall exceptions for Exchange 2010 RTM were not created or have gone missing.

Server is up and running but we cannot connect to the mailboxes with Outlook 2003.

RPC Encryption on/off on client or server does not change this, the only way currently to connect is to turn off the server firewall.

Is there a script one can run to recreate these rules ?

Server is running W2K8 R2 STD with Exchange 2010 RTM.
